SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Delivery, answered

How long does shipping take?+

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, Express Shipping takes 7–15 business days and Standard Shipping takes 10–20 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your destination.

How much does shipping cost?+

Shipping is free on all orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99 USD, a flat fee of $6.95 USD applies, plus $1.95 USD for each additional item. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?+

Orders ship on regular business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed starting the following Monday.

My order is delayed or tracking hasn't updated — what now?+

Delays can occasionally happen if a shipment needs customs clearance or inspection, or because of carrier transportation issues — we'll do our best to keep you updated. If your tracking shows no updates for an unusually long time, email support@denridge.com and we'll help sort it out.

My toy arrived damaged, defective or with missing parts.+

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing parts or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@denridge.com — ideally with a photo or short video. We'll review it quickly and make it right.
