It really does. The removable cargo tray fits a standard 12oz can, a mini juice bottle, a bowl of fruit, small snacks, cookies — even a little cupcake. The robot is stable enough to move across flat floors without tipping its cargo. Just load it up, drive it over, and let the giggling begin.
It's about 9 inches tall, roughly the size of a large TV remote standing upright. That's actually perfect: big enough to be impressive, small enough to use on a kitchen floor, dining room, or even a tabletop. It doesn't need a whole room — just a clear path and an excited kid.
Yes to both. The remote has simple directional arrows — forward, backward, left, right — and a couple of buttons for the sound effects. No apps to download, no WiFi to set up, no pairing headaches. Most kids figure it out within a few minutes of playing.
The robot says "Food ready!" when you load it up and "Delivered!" when it arrives — which is genuinely adorable the first twenty times. There's also background music that you can toggle on or off with a long press.
Hardwood, tile, and low-pile rugs work great. Deep carpet or plush rugs may slow it down or catch the wheels. Best used on smooth indoor floors — kitchen, living room, hallway.
