It's genuinely educational. Circuit Maze teaches real electrical circuit logic: positive and negative terminals, current flow, and how components connect in a working circuit. When that fan spins because they built the circuit correctly, they understand electricity in a way no worksheet can teach.
The early levels are designed specifically for ages 3–5 — simple two-block connections with big, obvious payoffs (the astronaut lights up, the fan spins). There's no reading required, and the on-screen visuals guide young kids through each step. By age 6 or 7, they'll be working through multi-component puzzles independently. The 50-level progression means it genuinely grows with them for years.
