30 days to return, simple steps, and fast refunds — here's exactly how it works.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
Complete, with all pieces, parts, accessories, chargers and instructions included.
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@denridge.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return label and clear instructions. Approved returns are sent to: CARETHIER COMPANY LIMITED LLC (Denridge Kids), 1942 Broadway St ste 314c, Boulder CO 80302, United States. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing parts or not what you ordered, contact us right away, ideally with a photo or short video. We'll review it quickly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Gift cards.
Items that have been used, assembled or played with, unless they are defective.
Items returned with missing pieces, parts or accessories.
Items damaged through misuse or not caused by us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions above apply: the item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@denridge.com.
